The opportunity to work on a Hol publishing team is open to anyone.

• Anyone with experience as a book editor, publicist,
  or cover designer, or
• Anyone who can manage a team to stay on task and on schedule, or
• Anyone who works full-time at a independent or museum bookstore

And because Hol's collaborative publishing system is build around online collaboration, you can work from anywhere and at any hour and pace that works for the other members of your team.

But there's a catch. No one gets paid until the book sells. Not the team members, not the author, and not Hol. Everyone shares the risk but, if you choose your projects and your project team members wisely, everyone shares the reward as well.
